If your dues payment was initiated within the last business day, please call (866) 807-0938 and select option 1. A Customer Support representative can cancel your payment if it has not already been processed. Processing times vary, but can range from one hour to one business day.
If your payment has already processed, please contact your association management team. Association Managers can refund full dues amounts, duplicate payments, or partial payments.
A Customer Support representative can process a refund request, however, he or she can only accept refund requests from your association management team. If you need a refund, please contact your association management team first, and they will contact our DuesPayment customer support team on your behalf.
Please note: service fees or PayByCash payments are nonrefundable.
