How do I change my account details with DuesPayment?

  • To update account information associated with your listing(s) such as mailing address, email address, phone number or tax ID, please fill in the Account Change form.
  • If you’d like to update the banking information or bank account linked to your DuesPayment account, please fill in the Bank Account Change Form.

Once you've filled in and signed the DocuSign form and clicked “Submit,” you don't need to do anything more until you hear back from us. Your completed form will be sent directly to us here in DuesPayment. 

We'll then start confirming we have everything we need to process your request. You'll receive an email from us to confirm that your details have been updated within 7 business days, or if there's any issues, we'll let you know exactly what to do next.
