How do I pay my Dues by phone?

Tenants with DuesPayment accounts may call, toll-free, (866) 807-0938 to make a payment by phone through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will need to have your Account Number and PIN ready at the time of your phone payment. This information is available in your account at, as well, under My Account > PayByPhone.

If you don't have a DuesPayment online account, you will not be able to use the IVR system. To create an account, click this link: Step 1 Create an Account

If you would like to pay your dues by phone with without using the IVR system, please call (866) 807-0938 and select option 1. Our DuesPayment Customer Support representatives are available to take your payment from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time, 7 days a week.
