Step 1 - Create an Account

Thank you for your interest in paying your dues with DuesPayment!

For most homeowner's associations, follow the steps below to access the account creation page:

  1. Navigate to your community or association management company's website and find the "Pay Dues" button.
  2. Select your community from the list or enter the first 5 letters of your community and click "Continue".
  3. Under the login options, click "Create Login".

If you can't access the DuesPayment account creation page using the instructions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Click below to go to the DuesPayment association search page
    SETUP ACCOUNT
  2. Enter in you association's information and click "Search".
  3. Locate your association from the list and click "Pay Dues".

If you are still having difficulty locating your community, please click here to submit a Customer Support request or call (866) 807-0938.

Once you locate the DuesPayment account creation page, chose one of the following options:

Chose Your Street

  1. Select your street name and click "Continue".
  2. Enter your first and last name:

    Note: if this does not match with what your association has in their system, you will not be able to create an account.
  3. Select your street address:

Enter Your Account Number

  1. Type in your account number and click "Continue".

    Note: if you receive an error message, double check the account number or contact your association for assistance.
  2. Verify that your name and street address are correct.

Finally, follow these steps to complete the account creation process:

  1. Enter in a username and password:
  2. Verify or enter in your email address:
  3. Enter your mobile phone number (optional):
  4. Check whether or not you want to receive text reminders or email announcements:
  5. Read the Terms of Use and check if you agree.
  6. Click "Save & Continue".

If your account creation was successful, you'll be taken right to step 2: Add a Payment Method.
