What is AutoPay and how do I set it up?

Autopay makes recurring online payments easy! You can enroll in AutoPay a few different ways:

  • Your Account
    Log in to your DuesPayment.com account, select "Menu", select "My Account", and then select "AutoPay".
  • Your association manager
    Contact your association manager who can log in and locate this information for you.
  • Contact Us!
    Submit a web ticket or email us at customerservice@duespayment.com. You can also call DuesPayment Customer Support at (866) 807-0938. Our representatives are available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.

Once you have set up AutoPay, the details in the upper left of your screen will show you as "ACTIVE" and provide the following information:

  • Date of the first and last payments
  • The next scheduled payment
  • The day of the month of your scheduled payments.
  • If you have a fixed monthly payment, the payment amount will show.
  • If you have a variable payment, the amount of the last payment made will show.
