How do I reset my password?

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Click the "Having Trouble Logging In" link below the Login button on the homepage.
  2. Tell us what the issue is. Select one of the following options:
    • I know my username but don't know my password
    • I don't know my username/password but know my email
    • I don't have access to the email account I used
    • I don't know any of the above

Once you complete your request, you will receive a confirmation email. To receive your username / password, your email address must be saved in your profile.
